Certified (ISC)2 Education
Risk Associates is dedicated to fulfilling the information security needs of government,
corporations, organisations, and community. We are an authorised education affiliate
of International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc [(ISC)2®]
and jointly offer information security education and certification exams to candidates.
There are two major certifications awarded by (ISC)2:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®)
The CISSP credential is ideal for mid- and senior-level managers who are working
toward or have already attained positions as CISOs, CSOs or Senior Security Engineers.
The CISSP credential is also the FIRST ANSI ISO accredited credential under ISO/IEC
17024 in the field of information security.
Practitioners in the process of acquiring the work experience necessary to obtain
the CISSP may achieve Associate of (ISC)2 status by passing the CISSP
examination. For experienced information security professionals already holding
a valid CISSP credential, (ISC)2 provides concentrations in select fields of study to
provide rigorous knowledge of additional domains.
Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP®)
The SSCP credential is ideal for those working toward or who have already attained
positions as Senior Network Security Engineers, Senior Security Systems Analysts
or Senior Security Administrators.
