Geoffrey was a principal member of the risk management team which moved 24x7 government supervision and surveillance from casinos to a more cost effective off-site regulatory regime.  This was an Australian first, ensuring government supervision and surveillance requirements were met, in a non-intrusive, cost-effective and business friendly manner.
