Gary first became involved with risk management in 1993, at the request of the ANZ
Bank. The bank was seeking to develop a standard manner in which to deal with business
risk.
Gary assisted the bank in developing a risk management framework, which improved
the general understanding of dealing with emerging business risk. In particular
Gary managed the business continuity plans for the ANZ Bank.
Since this time, Gary has been at the leading edge of risk management services providing
business and strategic risk management services to the Boards and Executive Management
to some of Australia's largest organisations. Organisations such as Qantas,
TAB Limited, Victorian Police, Melbourne University, National Rail and the Department
of Natural Resources and Environment are some of the many organisations that have
all benefited from Gary's risk management expertise.
Gary is also a highly regarded business continuity expert, providing business continuity
plans to TAB Limited, ANZ Bank, and the Bank of Melbourne.
