ERA - Customised risk templates

Global Risk Associates provide extensive services relating to Methodware's Enterprise Risk Assessor (ERA), including risk and control templates.

Our consultants work with business and technical experts from to develop risk, control, and treatment templates customised for each business. We provide our business and technical expertise and facilitate scope assurance, to ensure all relevant risks and controls are incorporated into the risk management programme.

We have extensive experience in analysing risk, devising, and implementing cost-effective control systems in relation to the categories offered. We also offer expertise in working with existing business and technical experts in implementing control systems within a risk management framework.

We will either develop the templates or train staff in the operation of ERA to develop and maintain templates in house.
