Risk Associates sign contract with (ISC)2

Today Risk Associates formalised its relationship with the International Information
Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 - www.isc2.org.
(ISC)2 is widely regarded as the premier information systems audit and
control organisation, represented worldwide by leaders in information systems security
certification. Risk Associates is honoured that its expertise has been recognised
as worthy to represent (ISC)2 in the Asia and Pacific regions.
"This has been a long time coming, we can now move forward with (ISC)2
and introduce information systems audit and control education and training programmes
throughout the Asia Pacific region", said Dr Aftab Rizvi in Kowloon today.
Risk Associates were awarded the contract after a thorough vetting process. Risk
Associates ultimate success stands testament to its expertise.
"We knew we had the expertise and skills, our services have been highly regarded
on projects around the world, but it is important and an honour to receive this
acknowledgement", said Alan Pedley (Risk Associates - Principal Consultant) on assignment
in Antigua & Barbuda.
Risk Associates will announce (ISC)2 accredited education and training schedules
for the Asia / Pacific region in early 2005.
Risk Associates created a Pakistani presence in 2004 offering a range of services
from education and training, business continuity and disaster recovery, penetration
testing and information security audits, to ISO17799 implementation, etc.
